l 物料加熱時(shí)間短，約5秒至10秒之間，且在真空條件下工作對(duì)熱敏性物料更為有利，保持各種成分不產(chǎn)生任何分解，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。

l 適應(yīng)粘度變化范圍廣，高低粘度物均可以處理，物料粘度可高達(dá)10萬厘泊(CP)。

l 改變刮板溝槽旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，可以調(diào)節(jié)物料在蒸發(fā)器的打理時(shí)間。

l 蒸發(fā)段筒內(nèi)壁經(jīng)過精密鏜削并拋光處理，表面不易產(chǎn)生結(jié)焦、結(jié)垢。

   在熱交換工程中，刮板式薄膜蒸發(fā)器得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。尤其對(duì)熱敏性物料（時(shí)間短暫）的熱交換，刮板薄膜蒸發(fā)器有利于熱交換的進(jìn)行，并通過不同的刮膜器設(shè)計(jì)，能進(jìn)行復(fù)雜產(chǎn)品的蒸餾。
